Elegant living in a building with history

La Dentelle is a building with a rich past and a promising future. As early as 1713, city archives recorded a patrician residence at this address. Behind the originally neoclassical facades were housed, among other things, a lace workshop – hence the name – and one of the oldest hotels in Brussels. Istoir writes the next chapter in this fascinating story with a residential project that pays tribute to this remarkable building. A mixed-use project will be realized comprising 15 apartments and two commercial spaces, with maximum preservation of the form and spirit of the authentic buildings.





PFor the renovation of the stairs, TERRAZZO COMINOTTO SIVAK (CARRARA 35) was chosen; the unique blend of marble aggregates will make the stairwell exude the luxury of yesteryear. A bright white terrazzo with accents of Carrara marble, which adds timeless elegance and light to any space.
